41% Take-up, up from 40% in 2023
29% Penetration (Coverage x Take-up), up from 25% in 2023
Polish Coverage closing the gap to the EU39 average of 75%. The challenge in Poland is still Take-up, some work to be done here by joint forces of the open access providers and operators/ ISPs (Internet Service Providers).
